Can we write our own vows?

Of course you can, this day is all about the two of you. If you need a little help getting them right, just ask. That's what I’m here for!

How long will the ceremony go for?

This is really up to you and your partner. As a guide, it’s good to allow for around 30 minutes for the more traditional or formal wedding. This gives ample time to walk down the aisle, go through the vows and legalities and have the newlyweds leave together/share that special kiss.

Can we do a rehearsal?

Of course we can, I am here to make this day as stress-free as possible. However, depending on the package you choose there may be an additional fee for my time.

Will you bring hardcopies of our vows?

Yes, I always have hardcopies of everything on hand in case someone forgets their vows or a reading. Don’t worry, I’ll be prepared!

Do we need a backup plan for the weather?

Yes, always have a plan B. If you’re having a summer wedding, the temperatures can be scorching. It’s good to have a shady option and plenty of water on hand for your guests. Rain can also be a bit unpredictable. I can suggest some hire companies that can have marquees on standby for you if you need them.

What will you be wearing?

I always work to match with the style and theme of your wedding. Let me know what sort of colour pallet there’ll be, or what flowers, or the dress code and I’ll match that.

We’d love to have you, but our budget is really tight…

Just talk to me. If you can have some flexibility around your time or date, I can probably help. The last thing I want is for you to have regrets about your wedding day and feeling like you missed out on something.
